Hazy / cloudy pale gold with a creamy white head and a mellow lemon biscuits aroma. Light but a touch creamy, soft and smooth, citrus notes with light biscuit malt, a little hop kick in the background, finishes dry and softly bitter.

Hand pulled pint in the Stag & Scotch (micropub in Newport, Shropshire) on 25th November 2025. Really surprised to see a cask Brehon beer in Shropshire, so had to have one. Poured a dull hazy light golden colour, snow white crown that hung around. Bitter hop taste, mild citrus leaning, aroma slightly yeasty with a fruity/citrus ester or two. Didn't really take to it, but pleased to have tried it.

Keg draught the the Hop Inn, Swindon. Light to mid-gold, somewhat hazy with a large white head. Light aroma of lemon curd, vanilla malt, some orange blossom. OK, now this is what I love about a good pale: the malt. It comes through, sweet and a little savoury and delicious. Followed by intense hoppy bitterness which dominates the finish and back-of-the-tongue aftertaste.

A slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of stone fruits, citrus, tangerine. Taste of citrusy hops, stone fruits, apricot, moderate bitterness.

On tap at Spirit Store, Dundalk - cloudy yellow body, with a very small head. Grassy nose, a bit of soapy lemon juice, some medicinal herbiness. Not a world beater.
