A powerful Sour IPA brewed together with the kings of this style from the United States, the Hudson Valley brewery. The wort, soured in the kettle, undergoes a special procedure to ensure that as many lactic fermentation flavors as possible remain in the finished beer. We also added purees in the form of blueberries, blueberries and raspberries. Although this is a Sour IPA it is not a classic approach to the style, here we approached the subject as Hudson does, that is, the hoppiness is lower than in an IPA. The whole thing is incredibly fruity, sweet and sour.

Can from Gedeelde Vreugde.
A: hazy red, small, pink head.
A: forest fruit cake, blueberry juice, yoghurt, smoothie.
T: sweet-sour berries, raspberry jam, fruit cake, smoothie.
F: tart raspberry, blueberry, very faint herbal hops & bitterness.
P: medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation.
Good Fruit Beer, no problem there. But no way is it a Sour IPA, so why even call it that?

Puszka 44cl (BB 30.12.2023). Piwo bardziej owocowe niż IPA, kwaśne ale w ramach rozsądku, pijalne, orzeźwiające, pytanie tylko po co takie robić, albo kwas, albo IPA, albo owocowe.

Tap at Bombovar. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Med-high sweetness, combo lactoseish, fruity. Med-light sourness, fruity, light bitterness and tartness. Shitloads of berries all over the place, dark forest character. Light citrusy zesty complexity. Good, easy drinking, even if not very beery.
