Can. A mostly clear dark brown beer with a small beige head. Lightly boozy, alcoholic, with roasted malts, toffee, dark chocolate, some coffee and dark dried fruit. It's full-bodied and lightly warming, sweet, with a decent bitterness. Roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee notes and brown sugar in the flavor. Some dark dried fruit, oak and booze. Lasting finish. Not sure the bourbon and barrel adds something good to the beer, but it's sure note a bad one. 241231

Solsletta Nyttår 2024. Dark Brown color with a beige head. Aroma and flavor is roasted malt, dried fruit, alcohol, toffee, oak, chocolate, coffee. Nice beer.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours very dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, little dried fruit, rich bourbon. Flavor is sweet, rich malty, caramel, bread, bourbon, alcohol. Medium body, soft to average carbonation with loads of alcohol. A tad boozy - still pretty tasty. 250324

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Deep ruby, mid sized head. Deep bready bourbon aroma. Mid sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Deep bready malt, creamy with lots of bourbon. Warming and mellow with long but mild bitterness. Lovely!

Creamy lightbrown excellent fully lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Excellent.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is toffee, roasted malts, some chocolate, mild alcohol and some dried fruits to it. Flavour is alcohol sweetness, some Bourbon wood, mild chocolaty and dried fruity tones. Rather sweet.
