Fles gekocht via Het Biermoment, thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een diep donkerbruin bier met een donker rode gloed. Het heeft een grote beige schuimkraag. Het aroma is turf en rokerig. De smaak is gerookt hout, zoethout en dropachtig met een zacht zoete afdronk.

Bottle, 330 ml at Mout, Groningen. Black, large beige head. Smoke, peat, some chocolate. Moderate sweetness. Smooth. Low carbonation. Medium bodied.

Bottle at koht. Pours brown. Aroma and flavor are sweet, smoke, iodine, malt, sugar, caramel. Finish has touch of booze. Overall: good.
