Can. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is lots of toffee, some chocolate syrup, mild vanilla, bunch of fudge with some alcohol to it. Flavour is chocolate syrup, mild toffee, fudge, caramel and some alcohol. Really nicely balanced. Nice dessert stout.

6/10/2023. Can shared at Ulfborg. Pours black with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, sweet jammy trifle notes. Medium plus sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Medium to full body, smooth and oily, soft carbonation. Fruity finish. Nicely done.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla, sweet dark malt, cocoa. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet dark malt, vanilla, cocoa, marshmallow, chocolate. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20231006]

44l can dark brown, brown head. aroma is milky yoghurt, tons of chocolate, the aroma reminds me of strawberry fruit cake with a lot of vanilla cream. also general bakery aroma. Hard to notice any roasted malts or other typical imperial stout notes. much more pastry than stout.. Flavor has some imp stoutish notes, it has a roasted malty base that is there, esp. in the ending, but it is very well hidden by tons of strawberry fruit cake. Interesting twist on pastry imperial stout, this time it tastes like they took half pastry stout, half strawberry cake or pie and blended it well, before pouring it into the can. the overall flavor seems muddy and weird, not orchestrated , layered and complex.
