Draught. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready, mild spices, yeast and some slight citrus tones. Flavour is lemongrass,some floral, herbal and mild bready tones. Quite rich on the carbonation.

The Rake. Almost clear gold beer, residual white head. Palate is light and crisp. Minerals. Light grapefruit and orange peel. Trace of sweet orange and grass then a crisp finish.

Tap at Dada, Sheffield. Slightly hazy, gold colour. Lovely, tight, white head. Lots of bready yeast. Hint of of lemon. Lots of fine carbonation. Taste is dry. Dry finish. Bit thin, overall.

Keg at Birmingham Beer Bash; cloudy amber pour with thin white head, yeasty aroma, yeast and fruit taste a bit earthy.
