Bottle at home. Pours semi opaque reddish with a quickly dissipating head. Nose is sweet mainly, it shows lots of bourbon, lactose, light oak and vanilla and fruits underneath. Taste is also rather sweet, boozy with a distinct bourbon character, also lactose and tart fruits although not in a quite sophisticated way. It leans towards sweet but there’s some tartness for balance. Closes with a tart and sweet finish, has a big body and soft carbo. Not bad at all, just quite rough all in all.

Bottle@Olutsatama, Jyväskylä. Reddish amber colour with a minor head. Aroma is coconut, raspberries and some bananas with mild toffee tones. Flavour is tart wood, bananas, raspberries and mild coconut to it.

A bottle shared in the Dungeon. Dark golden, small off-white head. Green apple, earthy, ripe fruit. All the spices and ingredients have gone. Oak present. Light body, soft carbonation, ligjt malty and ripe fruity flavour, tannic, mineral. Tart finish. Experiment gone wrong.
