Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Grassy, some odd yeasty notes. Light-bodied. Watery. Flavor has some citrus fruits, strong yeastyness and grass. Meh.

Cask at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. Amber with a scummy looking cream head; floral aroma; peachy fruit taste; with a dry bready finish, with a light, but sustained bitterness. A crisp, clean, easy drinking, Ordinary Bitter, and certainly the best World Cup themed beer I’ve come across so far this summer.

Cask @ White Swan, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a small creamy head. Has a smooth and creamy light malt taste with a medium bitterness. It’s dry in its aftertaste in the palate and its nose has a short acute sweetness.
