Aus der Flasche (bottled 13.12.2022/bbe 31.12.2032/6,7% Abv) im 2025-09 getrunken. Diese fast schwarze Ale kommt mit Aromen von Kirschen, Balsamico und Eiche vom BA daher. Dazu kommen aber auch schwere Röstmalze, die etwas Kaffeearomen dazu bringen. Und genau dieses Kaffeearoma paßt nicht. Dazu kommt das der Säuregehalt zu dominant ist.

Share of a bottle @ SKAAL Sønderborg, accepted with gratitude. Pours hazy irregular brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of sour yeast, with touches of malt and vanilla. Dry, vinous flavour with touches of barrel and hints of malt. Dry aftertaste with notes of wood. Decent work.

Bottle @ Studenterhuset Ølfestival. Pours clear dark golden with a small white head. Aroma of light sourness, light malt, yeast, wet wood, balsamico. Flavor is light sweet, light sour, little malt, yeast, wet wood, berries, balsamico. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 181123

Bottle at Svendborg Ølfestival. Hazy dark amber with a small white head. Fruity and funky aroma with wood, caramel and balsamic vinegar. Dry and tart fruity flavour with dates and figs and balsamic vinegar.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is biscuity, some tartness, mild sour fruits as well as some mild nutty tones. Flavour is tartness, quite big on the nutty side with some slight toffee and red berries. Mild acidity along to the tartness too.

ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, sour, flemish like, wood, berries, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, sour, sour berries, caramel, flemish like, woody, dark fruit, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @Ulfborg. Cloudy amber, offwhite head. Sour, acetic aroma, berries. Sour flavour, woody, acetic with a nice touch of solvent. Some nice sweetness to balance.
