Extra hopped & unfiltered draft quality.

This hoppy unfiltered pilsner is a refreshing and flavorful take on the classic style. The hops provide a burst of flavor and aroma that’s balanced by a clean malt character and a crisp, refreshing finish. It’s the next thing to drinking it fresh from the brewery’s cellar tanks, as you can taste the beer exactly as the brewer intended. It’s a great choice for who want to try something with a little more flavor, but still want the drinkability of a classic pilsner.

From can at MB2 19.10.23. Clear pale straw colour. Foamy, but diminishing, white head. Fine aroma and taste of pilsner malt, citrusy hops, succade and meadows. Crisp mouthfeel. Excellently quaffable!

Can. A faintly hazy golden colored beer with a nice looking white head. Some lacing too. Piney, grassy and fruity aroma with a light, crisp maltyness. It's medium to full-bodied, smoothly carbonated and quite dry on the palate, with a nice bitterness. Some residual sweetness. The flavor has a pleasant malty backdrop, with grassy, piney, almost peppery hops up front. A bit too gentle I think, even for a pilsner, but it's sure an honest brew. Quite refreshing too, and with a good balance between the malts and hops. 230927

50cl can from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: medium, white, average retention. C: pale gold, light hazy. A: malty, bit hoppy, light bready, spicy touch. T: medium malty base, light bready, light hoppy, spicy, decent bitterness, mild carbonation, quite clean taste all together, yet nothing really special, needs more hops for me.

0.5 l can from 'Beyond Beer', canned in April 2023. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently grassy-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of grains, fresh grass, lemon peel and a touch of white pepper. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy and a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, fresh grass, white pepper, lemon peel and hints of pineapple, followed by a short, gently bitter, minimally dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice, crisp Pils, fairly hoppy but not overly so, still quite classic. Good one.
