Paired with steak and fries.

Clear blond to light orange beer, big solid creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, some tropical fruits, a bit yeasty, pretty floral, a little off. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: a little sweet first, pretty fruity, hoppy bitterness, sweet malts, a bit sugary. Aftertaste: more citrus notes, good bitterness, fruity, pleasant Belgian yeast character without being too dominating. Nice modern tripel, probably with some new world hops!
