You already know that we love to brew new beers, but if we also do it in collaboration with a restaurant awarded with a Michelin Star... the fun is even greater!
This is how Agret has emerged, a Sour Beer made with authentic agret - one of the most recognizable plants in the Valencian coastal landscape and which provides a characteristic acid touch - and designed in collaboration with El Xato Restaurante, the restaurant and catering company led by the renowned chef Cristina Figueira together with brother Francisco and Pepe Cano.
Agret is a limited edition that you can find at El Xato, paired with its incredible culinary offerings, and a reduced batch of units that you can buy at our factory store in Altea.
