The candied fruity flavours of traditional winter sweets lace this limited edition amber ale inspired by Charles Dickens’ very own Fezziwig. Showcasing hints of marmalade, this light beer is paired with delicious notes of caramel and vanilla to form an indulgent new recipe by the Three Tuns.

500ml bottle from Appleyards. Clear amber, solid inch-thick off-white head. Nice pint, has a pleasant teasing caramel sweetness underpinned with biscuity malt. Good stuff

500ml bottle from Appleyards of Shrewsbury: BB 1st November 2024, poured into a vase shaped UK pint glass at home on 9th February 2024. Lovely clean and clear amber body, short lived off-white crown, it became a speckled wispy covering and collar a bit too quickly, shame really. Aroma is caramel, vanilla, leather and sugar coated cough sweets, no really! Flavours follow suit, it's an interesting brew that's for sure. Not too sure I've had a beer like this before, almost liked it (this is my 15,193rd rating on here).
