Cask at Captain Cooks, Östersund. This was a brilliant cask beer and one of the reasons I hope the new management keep cask around. That lovely crunchy hoppy feel of a cask IPA. Poured well with a nice little town and deep gold. Exactly what you want from this style on cask (9/6/24).

Cask gravity K&ES 2023. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Tasty enough 5 % golden beer. Some dryness on the finish. Mostly citrus flavours. Pink grapefruit. Bit of an odd aroma.
