Interesting! Very dry, mouth parching. Light sourness, lots of oak. Perhaps just a hint of the salt. And something a little sweet almost. Good stuff.

Nice easy start to TTO. Smooth, slightly funky, light apple. Salty and easy. Not a tin from the barrel

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Fergus. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white head. Lightly sweet flavour with notes of tart lemon and tangerine, a little biscuit, light butter. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. OK balance to finish. Enjoyable.

6th Floor bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Hazy paleish gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Decent geuezy fruits offset by a good malt creaminess. Nothing out the ordinary here but the sweet malt base makes it pretty drinkable.
