Can at home. Dark brown to black color, full sized creamy beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, roasted malts, malt bitterness, roasty bitters, don't get much hoppiness. Mostly malty and roasty and bitter. Hmm one sided imo.

A: hazy black, stable, foamy, beige head.
A: freshly cut mandarin, grapefruit peel, lavender, pine.
T: sweetish mandarin, sourish citrus zest, bitter grapefruit.
F: piney hops, bitter grapefruit, bit toasty.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Remarkably fruity and herbal, cool.

Can. Dark brown with big brown head. Lots of grassy and piney hops, roasted malts, soft toffee, magnesium, blackberries, ash. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied and a bit dry. I like these kinds op dry black IPAs. Nice.

33cl can from Smaakhuis. Poured near black in color. Coffee, roastedness, milk chocolate in aroma. Light bitterness, some piney hops in flavor. Pretty tasty.

Can, black beer, small head. Aroma is roast, malt, hops, coffee. Taste is the same, bitter, coffeex roast, citrus, hops. Long roasted coffee and citrussy bitter aftertasted. Very good

On tap @ Jopenkerk, Haarlem. Black with an off-white head. Fruity hop aroma with some good roasted notes. Sweet taste with a medium bitter finish. This is how I like my black IPA's: hoppy with plenty of roast.
