Pear and funk on the nose. Bright sweet pear and heavy tartness on the front, fruity, dry and sour. Lingering funk in the aftertaste, puckering. Very nice.

Cloudy blond appearance with no head. Aroma and flavour have some sweet tropical fruit notes tucked in between the sour woody funk.

Yay, more Cascade! And pear! I like pear, and as it turns out: I like sours with pear as well. Very sour, lots of fruit, nice balance between the sharp sourness and the soft, mellow pear. Dunno what pawpaw tastes like.
