Goudgeel bier met een mooie witte schuim. Droog in de mond met een complexe en gekruide neus. Noten van korianderzaden, witte peper, zwarte peper, kruidnagel, met fruitige noten.

Medium, dense & fine white head over very carbonated, veiled yellow beer. Herbal nose, oregano, bit soapy. Very light sourishness, celeriac or (sourish) celeri, citrus, garden herbs. Finish has a bit of chees, as a hard cheese with spices/grains. Medium bodied, slick, very well carbonated to effervescent. Again a pretty strong effort from Atrium, one of Wallonia's best new breweries IMO. Remarkable is that despite the addition of coriander, it gets nowhere soupy.

Golden colour with quick fading head. Very nice and intense Bretty aroma with a touch of leather. Nice taste but less intense. Light sharpness.

Bottle. Malt Attacks. Hazed gold. Nicely dense lasting with foam. Nose has lemony brett. Soft lemon funk. Not too much else. Taste is semi sweet and lightly bitter. Thin on the palate with foamy carbonation. Dry light bitter finish. Watery and a tad boring.
