Dark blond to orange colour. It's a fairly basic cider. Sweetish overripe apples. Not really any noticeable hop bitterness. A bit pointless.

Bottle. Clear dark golden. Dry apple, leathery, there's soft old pine, dusty old hops, endive, apricot. Medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied, medium dry. Bland and dusty, not great.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Hazed golden amber colour, foamy white head that slowly dissipates and aroma of apple, caramel, fruit, citric. Taste is apple, fleshy, caramel, orchardy, with mellow lemony hop, some herbal notes and light tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle. Pours an unclear, hazed caramel gold. Aroma of fleshy unfiltered apple fruit. Flavour profile is centred on caramelised apple scuzz, cider barn, fresh press pommace with a light herbal hoppy side. A touch rought, raw but good stuff overall.

# 3704; 7/2023. Honey, apple, herbal aroma. Brilliant amber body, white head quickly disappeared. Baked apples, spicy, honey, light herbal, tart and farmyard, sulphury. Very good cider. 0,7 l, bottle, supermarket (Cora), Toul (Lorraine, France).
