Ketser gone deeper and darker. Aged in red wine barrels, the BA-version is even more complex and twisted than the base beer. Sour, deep red beer with flavours of dark cherry, plum, currant and a oaky, tannic finish. Welcome to the even darker side

Bottled 750ml. -at Goblet Zagreb, shared with hrabren. Amber/brownish coloured, small wwhite head that went away within two seconds, spicy and mild cherry nose. Caramel, dried fruits, light spicy and some berries with mild cherry touch. Light wood notes in tartish finish. Pleasant.

0.75 l bottle shared with Ogi and Lukica at the Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Hazy ochre, small head. Balanced notes of cheery, berries, fruit jam, wood, tanines and a soft funky aroma. Nice sourness, funky and phenolic. Quite effervescent. Herbal touch. There's caramel underneath. Toasty and woody notes. Drinkable. Nice.

15/VIII/20 - 75cl bottle @ Belgian Beer Geek Gathering Summer 2020, BB: 1/XII/28 (2020-774) Thanks to Ama Deke for sharing the bottle!

Pretty cloudy red brown beer, no head. Aroma: malty, some vinegar, caramel, yeasty, weird, more vinegar. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, nice acidity, hint of tropical fruits, peaches and apricots, nice stuff! Aftertaste: soft bitterness, tannins, slightly bitter, some vinegar, bit weird and sharp, but I like it!

Darker pink pour, somewhat hazy looking like red currant juice actually. Tart berry nose, some funk there, not too intense but quite nice, bit musty. Taste is tart, berries coming out, musty oak, good fruity tartness. Not too acidic sour, not much balsamico there either, just a pleasant berry-forward sour.

Light acidic nose with oak, lemon, cherries, and apples in the nose. Good cherries, rapberries, oak., apples and very tart. Decent but not mind blowing
