As part of our series of beers celebrating the harvest season in Cataluña, we have sourced some amazing orange blossom honey from local apiculturists, Delícia de Mel. So we brewed up a big soft DIPA with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Centennial and Amarillo Cryo and then coniditioned it on this great local product. The beer buzzs with bright citrus notes of orange and grapefruit and a big tropical mango hit. Centennial bridges the gap with the honey with both ingredients melding citrus and floral notes. The honey also smoothens out the body of this big beer creating a luxurious mouthfeel that is just so easy to drink.

A: hazy golden, stable, foamy, white head.
A: biscuit, orange peel, apricot, plum, vague onion.
T: sweet apricot, mandarin, peach, bitter pine, biscuit, honey.
F: floral hops, bittersweet citrus, honey, soft gin-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Honey works well in this DIPA profile. Drink it fresh though!

Can at Drinkoteka. Hazy yellow-golden body, thick off-white head. Caramelly, lightly oxidized pineapple-driven aroma with light honey. Creamy body, light honeyish notes, pineapple and some fermented fruit. Light oxidation, definitely not fresh, but still a decent beer.

Fat på chapter . Nu över 2200 Dipor testade mitt stora intresse på ratebee. Här har vi en citrusfruktig Dipa . Nä alla har inte den smaken . Hårt kolsyrad tyvär sänker betyget lite. Finns nåt lite funky däri.Annars välgjord relativt klassisk nya ängland .Inga felsmaker. God

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, small head. Fruity nose with pineapple and tangerine. Fruity with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Tropical fruity juice, some bread, some dank citrus. Warming mid bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some oaty and mild alcohol with some toffee and mild earthy tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild herbal and toffeeish tones.

ABV: 8.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, fruity hops, nectar - fruit syrup. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, stone fruit, pine, citrus, wheat, sweet fruit - honey - nectar, rich. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20240103]

0.44 l can shared with Ogi at Ambasada, Zagreb. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, citrusy, ripe fruit, honey. Medium body, sweetness, some herbal bitterness, smooth, juicy. Strong. Citrusy and herbal flavour. Dry finish.
