Toos is named after Toos van Bokhoven also known as Toos d'n Bok. She was a Keiekletser (stand-up comedian during carnaval) for a considerable amount of years. Besides that, she was a ballet teacher most of her life.

De Kat Herfstbok Toos, 7% ABV, from hetbiermoment.nl. Pours dark copper-brown with beige head. Aroma is sweet, malt, caramel, some rubber. Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, malt, metallic notes, grains. Finish is carame, dry and hint of chocolate. Covers alcohol really well. Bottle shared @ Koelschtrinker's place. Smooth mild beginning. Hints or caramel and roast, refreshing with a nice and grainy slightly sweetish aftertaste. Typical dunkler Bock.

33cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of reddish malt, red fruits and caramel.

33cl Bottle, thanks Benzai! Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of dark fruits, dark chocolate, red fruits, roast. Flavour is light to medium sweet, dry, cocoa, coffee, dark fruits, decent bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Decent.

Bottle @ train. Hazy autumnal red-brown color, full sized beige head. Aroma is malts, caramel, raisins. Taste malts, caramel, sweet raisins, sweetness, dark fruits, brown candy sugar. Decent body and carbonation. Quite sweet but not too bad.
