Finde ich nicht schlecht. Klar, etwas dünner als ein Imperial Stout in der selben Stärkeklasse. Aber spannend, die Säurenoten und Röstaromen. #stylehunt

0.33 l bottle from 'AleHub', best before March 2029. Very dark ruby to black with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty aroma of roasted nuts, coffee, some smoked ham and a touch of caramel. Gently sweet, malty, quite roasty, a little sourish, slightly fruity taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, smoked ham, red grapes and red berries, followed by a medium long, gently roasty-bitter, a little tart finish. Medium to full body, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant brew, an Adambier in the Freigeist tradition with a touch of sourness and smoke, not as extreme as 'Methusalem' though.
