Draught@TCBW2018. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma has some green apple skins, tart wood, mild berries as well as some floral notes. Flavour is green apple skins, some tart wood, mild acidity along with some fruity and slight sweet tones as well. Very nicely balanced on the sweet vs sour elements. Nice long dry mouthfeel.

Draft at TCBW 2018. Hazy golden color white head. Dusty peppery aroma with light tannins. Taste is fruity and lightly vinous.

Tap at TCBW 2018. Pours yellow. Aroma is sour, lactic, acidic, some wood and fruits. Flavor is sour, acidic, vinegar, fruits. Body is watery. Overall: not a fan of vingegar, where is the beer?!
