(Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 22 Oct 2023) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, coffee and dark bread. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, chocolate, liquorice, dark bread and a balanced roasty bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Solid and well made baltic porter. Very nice.

9/IX/23 - on tap @ Wanderlust Beer Festival (Brussels), BB: n/a (2023-526) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: weird, fishy, good roast, caramel, nutty, spicy touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, caramel touch, lots of bitterness, from the hops? Aftertaste: more roast, caramel, bitter, spicy, dry finish.
