Entangled is aged in a mixture of oak barrels and stainless steel, where a variety of brettanomyces yeast strains work their magic. Dry hopped with Citra and Moteuka hops that dance and intertwine with the fruity brett character.

Large loose white head left a froth in an unclear golden coloured body. Zesty, earthy & funk aroma. Medium bodied, short sharp & very dry. Lemon, zesty, hay, earthy & chalk tastes with a long bitterly hopped finish. Very refreshing - Patio Beer!

Can from The Beerhive. Golden body with a light haze and an off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of brett, lime and grapefruit. Flavour of lemon, lime, zingy yeast and a very dry finish. Medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. This is delicious, it’s hard to imagine a 4.4% brett pale being better than this. Looking at the previous reviews, I’m assuming this is a new batch which is totally dialled in.

Can at home picked up from Fuss Clube. Amostly clear orange gold coloured pour with a fading white cap. Aroma is buttery, green apple, light tang, not classic brett funk, some diacetyl, vinous oak, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tang, green apple, lemon twist, buttery biscuit base, some diacetyl, some mineral, light oaky tanin, vanilla, Palate is light tang, light thin, mellow carbonation, oaky tannin. Really disappointing.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery online shop. Pours totally clear yellowish gold with a frothy white head, and yeah as Garrold says it is indeed gloopy and stringy. Never seen that in a BS beer. Lightly sweet with a little salty funk, lemony tang, some pale wood, nips of wheat, brett. Light bodied with soft, fine carbonation. Lightly drying finish, more mild saltiness, oaky dryness, modest funk, lemon peel. The texture is certainly a bit off but otherwise it’s not bad. If it were not gloopy and better carved, and thus a bit lighter on the palate, t would be quite nice.

Can. Online shop. Pours pretty gloopy and stringy. Sits slightly hazed gold. Decent white foam. Very wheaty and a bit papery. Little in the way of hops. Touch of vinous funk. Taste is dry with some wheaty sweetness. Gloopy and dull mouthfeel with low carbonation. Needs leaving a while, see if it sorts itself out.
