Pleine de caractère et de légèreté. Chouffe Lite 4,0% est une vraie Chouffe avec seulement 4% d’alcool. Cette bière blonde à la robe légèrement trouble se révèle pleine de fraîcheur, avec des notes herbales et ce caractère fruité que les amateurs de Chouffe apprécient tant. Chouffe Lite 4,0% est le choix parfait si vous souhaitez déguster une vraie bière spéciale … avec peu d’alcool.

Color anaranjado claro, velada, espuma blanca de retencion media. En nariz notas de levadura, fruta de hueso, pan, malta, toque herbal, coriandro... En boca es dulce, maltosa, algo seca, cuerpo medio, notas afrutadas de albaricoque y melocotón que bien recuerdan a una mermelada o compota, ligera nota herbal con un puntito amargo muy sutil al final del trago. En definitiva una belgian blond muy normalita, correcta y disfrutable, aunque claramente la mas flojita de la chouffe que he probado hasta ahora, exceptuando su infame sin alcohol, por supuesto.

Three pints on 13th September 2024 at the Wrekin Inn. Slight mist in the orange coloured body, white crown, but not for long. Herbal/spicy taste, Belgian yeasty feel. Reminded me of the old original La Chouffe before Duvel Moortgat got hold of it. Yes, I know this is a lower alcohol version but I really enjoyed drinking it and reminiscing about the 1980's and the old cork and capped 75cl bottles La Chouffe came in.

Bottle. Just slightly cloudy orange with a massive white head. Aroma of lemons, oranges, candy, vanilla and honey. Taste of lemons, orange marmelade, malts, coriander, honey and pineapple. Low bitterness. Low to medium carbonation. Balanced, easy and quite flavorful. Nice one.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano sentori di miele, cracker, biscotto, frutta secca, fiori, erbaceo e agrumi.
