C’est notre bière étendard. Elle transpire l’exotisme des indes (litchi, mangue...) et goûte les zestes amers d’agrumes frais (pamplemousse, kumquat...). À boire en fin de soirée pourse remettre les idées au clair ou en début pour les troubler. Marche très bien aussi à table avec des fromages ou des plats épicés !

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange, dark golden colour with small to average, dense, firm, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Cautious, sweet-ish, fruity hoppy aroma, rather neutral, pale malty background, hints of yellow stone fruit, some pineapple, slight jelly bear character overall. Taste is sweet-ish and minimally husky, pale malty and slightly fruity hoppy, hints of pineapple, melon, a touch of yellow stone fruit, minimally grainy and husky undertones contribute to a minimally muesli-like character overall.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, soft carbonation.
Quite cautious, rather unspecific fruitiness - not that impressive.

33cl bottle from Mi-Fugue Mi-Raisin wine store in Paris. F: medium, white, good retention. C: shiny gold, hazy. A: malty, citrus, floral, pineapples, citronella. T: medium malty base, grapefruits, pineapples, floral, nice balanced bitterness, bit herbal, medium carbonation, refreshing, enjoyed.

330ml bottle. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a crisp, yeasty, lemon citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Light and refreshing. More like a light IPL than an IPA.

Bière 33 cl ramenée d'une boutique de spécialités à Vannes. Couleur blonde un peu terne et trouble. Nez très parfumé et engageant d'IPA. En bouche par contre, pas de corps, une biere aqueuse, un goût de levure et de miel pas très bon, rien à voir avec le nez ! À part une légère amertume je ne retrouve pas ce que j'aime dans une ipa. Petite déception par rapport à la jolie étiquette et au nez ultra engageant !

Bottle picked up from a bottle shop in Guerande, consumed at Camping Cap de Brehat, Porz Loas, nr Plouezec, Brittany, Sunday 18th June 2017 Aroma mostly malt with a touch of grassy freshness. Soft in the mouth, juicy and with a perky citrus bite this is a grower. Plenty of hops a little wayward at times but I like this. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.4
