[5/14/17] Draught at Taphouse in Copenhagen. Pinkish golden. Raspberries, apples, sweet, some sugar. Decent.

Bottle at home, 19/03/16. Reddish golden with moderate crimson spotting that soon dissipates. Nose is bramley apple and raspberry pie, light funky berry, straw. Taste comprises tangy red berry, earthy, straw, apple orchard, raspberry pips. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a bitter sweet edge. Ok for a fruited cider just a touch too much residual sugar for me.

500ml bottle from Sheppy’s Cider Farm, shared with Soph in Cornwall. Pours hazy pink. Lusciously sweet raspberries with apples getting a fair look-in as well. Refreshing and lightly tart. Good fruity number.

500ml bottle. Pinky reddish amber colour, short-lived white foam head and fruity raspberry jam aroma. Taste is apple, sweetish with raspberry cordial flavour and some tart notes. Thin bodied, medium carbonation, dry tangy tart finish. OK.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus, 4%. Clear amber with no head. Aroma is apple, raspberries, fruit and a little tart. Flavour is apples, raspberries, little tart, little acid, medium sweet, fruit, little acid and a little dry.

Cask @ Old Post Office, Halifax. Cloudy rosé colour with a thin bubbly head. The raspberry is there, but at first it is not the most evident taste of the fruit, however its aftertaste eventually confirms this. Has a small fruity sweetness in this respect.

Polycask @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Sheppys Raspberry Cider ].Clear light to medium red color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, sweet raspberry. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, apples and sweet raspberries. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20140523]

From tap. Pours clear and golden pink with a fully gone head. Raspberry fruity, crisp apples. Lingering fruity. Smooth citric raspberry finish.
