Une bière brune qui tire sa couleur de l’utilisation du malt torréfié propre aux stouts anglais et du sucre candi propre aux bières brunes d’abbaye belges. Elle conjugue donc les deux sources d’inspiration de la brasserie de l’Hermine. Affichant 8 % alcool/ volume, la vieille canaille est une bière de dégustation qui accompagnera volontiers un plateau de fromages.

330ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a white head. Aromas & tastes of red fruits, cocoa, caramel, herbs & toasted malt. Medium body. Sweet dry light bitter finish. Enjoyable

33cl bottle from La Bourriche Gourmande shop in Quiberon. F: big, tan, long lasting. C: dark brown, opaque. A: malty, caramel, leaves, bit herbal, cocoa touch, caramel, dried fruits. T: medium to full malty base, herbal, mellow dried fruits, leaves, caramel, dark fruits, medium carbonation, good balanced for the style, enjoyed.
