This unique dwójniak is made from pure honey lime from the Borecka Forest. Matured by aging. The alcohol content is around 15%.

A long maturation time results in a unique velvety taste. A light touch of bitterness comes from the honey lime and offsets the sweetness of a typical dwójniak. Its pale straw color and strong lime flavor give the impression that July will last forever – regardless of the season.

Bottle sample at Specja?y Regionalne, pours a clear straw colour. Nose brings out subtle lime, with subdued honey nectar - interesting. Flavour is more intense, with loads of sweet honey nectar, a lovely lime incorporation and a surprisingly hidden alcohol burn. Cohesive and elegant. Lovely.

This is probably the palest of all Polish mead, it pours a pale yellow color, thick, with nice legs on the glass. The aroma is fresh, reminiscent of summer fields, and freshly cut wood; it can be associated to many German meads that use lime tree honey.
Syrupy, very sweet; strong flavor of lime tree honey, with a pleasant herbaceous character, and a light nutty/bitter touch in the final.
Summer in a glass.
Not as complex as other Polish meads, but brewed with the usual skills; direct and elegant.
