Taste is slightly dry sour-ish boozy, bourbon, oak, burnt caramel, minerals, fruit stones, soil, raisins, toast, dark sugar, vanilla, almonds, bark, cough syrup. Medium to longlasting bitterness, sweet sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Nice.
