Portsmouth draught, 7/1/23. Lightly hazy, blonde-brass-golden. Small, moderately retained, white head. Nose is juicy tropical fruits with some citrus and woody spice. Rich malts balance easily. Soft, juicy, with nectarine, spice and light wood. Rich malts are supple and also well-attenuated. Not too much woody, dry, resinous character at all. Nicely balanced and very flavorful.

Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich grass, malt, little hops and fruits. Nice grassy finish.

Taster at brewpub. Clear orange golden, head fades fast. Citrusy aroma, oranges. Taste comes in weak, faint citrusy notes. Thin body too. Smells great, and then disappoints.

Can from brewpub. Clearing gold with an alcohol film. Nose is some citrus and dusty old saloon. Tastes of lemon, prickly pear, aloe, old wood furniture that hasn’t been dusted. Palate leaves something to be desired.

16 oz. Can. No date coding. Aroma shows bready malt, soft fruit. The Amarillo here shows mild citrus. Soft malt backbone with the slightest herbal bitterness. I’ll give us the benefit of the doubt since I believe it sat in my fridge for 3 months.
