Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, apple syrup, concentrated apple, caramelized apple, rich intense apples. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, caramelized apple, rich intense apples, apple syrup, concentrated apple, dry, tart. Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich intense apples and has a nice sweet finish. Surprisingly good for just 6% abv.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear dark amber, no head. Sweet, fermented apple aroma. Sweet apple flavour, a little spice, a little alc warmth despite the moderate ABV. Apple skin bitterness, a little mushroom in the finish.

375ml bottle from Scrattings. Deep orangey-brown amber colour, no head and aroma of juicy fruity apple, apple pie, syrup. Taste is sweet, syrupy concentrated apple, sligtly tart with a hint of apple core, and some light woody tannic, caramel, apple pie, vanilla notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium to full bodied, low carbonation, drying tannic finish with residual sweetness. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle, vintage 2016 (at siidrimaja ice cider tasting). Pours amber. Aroma is fruity, apple, sour. Flavor is sweet and sour, bitter, tannins, apples. Finish is sour , sweet, dry. Overall: very good.
