hazy brown colour with reddish hue, medium sized creamy beige-ish head; aroma and taste of soy sauce, dried fruits like plum and maybe cherry, dark chocolate and vinous notes, as well as spicy alcohol (especially in the taste); I like it!

Draught @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As De Molen #3000 (White Wine BA) ].Clear medium amber brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, bread, sweet malt, dried fruit, wine - white wine, alcohol, light wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, wood, wine, dried fruit, sweet malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Bottle @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours slightly hazy brown with a fading tan head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, rye-, bread, light wood, very light white wine. Flavor is very sweet, rich malty, caramel, bready, rye, little white wine, boozy. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet and strange alcoholic bitterness. 061218

Bottle. Dark amber pour. Aroma of caramel, oak, white grape, figs and malt. Taste has boozy caramel, oak, juicy white grape, bitter malt, sticky figs and a boozy finish. Heavy stuff, but I like the strong white grape flavor, almost seems like this was aged on cognac.
