Sampled at Borefts 2018, Day 1. Red brown color, lightly better than the other versions because slightly less alcoholic. Some white wine present. Best of the series but still mwah imo. 6-3-6-3-13.

Very dark brown with thin head. Aroma and flavour have some raw, unrefined alcohol . Sweet wine notes are present in the background.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2018. A clear dark brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of dark riped fruits, caramel, plums, wood. Taste of strong riped fruits, caramel, wood, plums, boozy.

Borefts 2018. Day 2. Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft. Dark ruby brown amber. Nose is too much cough syrup, sugar, candy, overly cloying cough syrup. White wine seems to be lost. Taste is cough syrup but less so than in the nose luckily very sweet sugar, candy, toffee, tea oil, crazy sweet & thick, barrel seems to be lost. Fair & better than base.

8 3 7 3 15Draft at Borefts Beer Festival ‘18. Brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of oak, vinous notes, malt, caramel and toffee. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap. Hazy brown color with ruby highlight and a beige head. Aroma is white wine indeed, raisins, piney, chocolate. Taste is white wine, raisins, prunes, not as sticky as the others. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Good!

Borefts X. Day 1. Keg. Clear deep amber beer, good pale tan head. Softish palate, modest fine carbonation. Smooth sweetish malts, a little cream and caramel. Tangy white wine and white Port. Smooth finish. Rich and interesting.
