We adjuncted the living hell out of this beer, loading up the bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with vegan marshmallows, vanilla, graham cracker crumbs, cocoa nibs, and an epic amount of vanilla. It is exactly what the name suggests, in the best way possible.

22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of intense marshmallows, a touch of coconut, and a touch of bourbon barrels. Flavour has gentle coconut, marshmallows, some graham crackers, and a truckload of vanilla beans. A bit less complex and refined than the average MT BA beer, but still very nicely put together of course.

Poured from 650mL bottle (2020 vintage). Very dark brown with small tan head. Very vanilla forward, mild coconut and bourbon, decent. Vanilla overpowers a touch.

Dark brown. No head. Aroma has a lot of marshmallows, graham crackers. Big marshmallows, graham crackers, honey. That coffee note, too.

Sample bij Borefts ‘24, dank voor t delen. Zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Mierzoet, marshmallows, vanille, vanillesuiker, bourbon, melkchocolade, OTT. Volle body. Veel te zoet.

Bottle 650, courtesy of Eric. Shared with him and Miro B at Cellar above ground. Black with brownish head. Lots of chocolate, coconut, medium sweetness, cookies, vanilla, medium bodied. Very oily.

Flaska från Elmer, tack! 2022. Mörk svart/nästan rödlila med nätt brun krona som försvinner. Stor och fyllig, kexig, marshmallow, mycket kakaonibs. Kokosen mer dämpad, särskild i smaken. Lagom fat, lagom hetta. Möjligen något sockersöt. Men gott.

650ml bottle. Massively sweet pastry overdose with loads of coconut, marshmallows, bourbon, vanilla and syrup. Thicc and intense super slow sipper. Enjoyable in small sips

Bottle at share. Near black pour with a thin beige head. Aroma is sweet, vanilla , chocolate. Taste brings more sugary goodness, marshmallow and chocolate, plus the warmth of the borbon barrel aging. Rich and decadent.
