Release #2, I'm guessing from 2021.
Pours black with a healthy head of tan foam, pretty good lacing.
The smell is fruity, raspberries dominate, roasty, coffee, some chocolate.
The taste is raspberries, coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, with only a hint of tartness. Well integrated flavours.
Full bodied, imho, carbonation is on the lower side.
$11.49 for the bottle, which seems reasonable to me.

Some jam, and some roast. Chocolate, barrel. Whiskey. Pours black with ok head. Syrupy consistency. No where near the best of this line. Tap at Black Lodge.

From a bomber. Pours a mostly clear cola with a tan head. Aromas of berries and barrels. Flavors are moderately sweet fruit and bitter roast.

Tasting at Phill's, bottle
(some details got lost) Bold as usual, the combination of berries and stouts is always weird.

Poured from 650mL bottle (listed 11% abv). Black with small light tan head. Blackberry and raspberry is quite evident, fairly mild chocolate, decent, but not a ton of complexity here. Okay variant.

22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out lots of dark blackberries, pithy raspberries, some dark sugars, and a touch of whiskey. Flavour is full of dark berries, especially blackberries, followed by medium roast, and some dark sugars. Lots of pithy dark berries. Good but far from the best BBB.

22oz @ Phill's. Appearance: dark brown with a nice dark beige hed. Aroma: raspberries, some roasted malts and coffee. Taste: quite a lot of raspberries, some chocolate and roasted malts. Overall: a bit on the thin side, but it's pretty pleasant.

22 oz. Bottle. 2021 vintage, release #1 at 11.6% ABV. Served at cellar temperature. Aroma is enormous raspberry and blackberry! Flavor follows with traces of chocolate and coffee. The berries linger throughout the entire sip. Great texture. Really nice depth of flavor even if it is heavy on berry.

Black with a large foamy brown head that left good lacing. Bitter and roasty with cocoa, coffees floral hops and mixed berries. Very long. Finish. Full bodied

Bomber from Homebrewstuff. Black pour, a few beige bubbles. Jam like aromas, berries, chocolate. Berries dominate the taste too, raspberries first. Chocolate remains in the background, light roastiness. Sweet and not overly strong.
