Double Dry Hopped DIPA, czyli styl wyjątkowo modny w ostatnim czasie. To dość nowatorskie podejście do stylu DIPA – a więc nieco słodsze, nie aż tak mocne, z bardzo intensywnym nastawieniem na aromat chmielowy, ale już nie koniecznie na goryczkę. Dodatkowo piwo ma być zamglone, aby podkreślić jego upodobnienie do soków owocowych, oraz przypomnieć, że tego typu piwo należy pić super świeże – wtedy najbardziej zachwyca.

33cl bottle from the Beer52 box for July. A hazy pale amber pour with a ring of white head; aroma full of yeast, pine and citrus; unexpectedly soft in the mouth with a biscuity malt body, and a gentle citrus bitterness; then a sharper finish with some resin, yeast and spice. Not bad.

33cl bottle
Hazy coppery color, off-white head with medium retention. Aroma has notes of grapefruit, with resin hops. Flavor with a decent bitterness, good maltiness, notes of peach and grapefruit pine hints. Bittery final with fruity notes.

Bottle @ Polish Invasion at Scheffels, Ratebeer Odense Spring 2018. Pours Hazy Golden with a white head. Yeasty and Toffee-ish nose. Fruity hops beneath. Toffee mainly.

A Polish night in Odense. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of citrus, grass and grain, with a clear cheesy note of old hops. Dry, grassy and bitter flavour

500mml. bottle, taster. Tasted on the 26/02/2018 at "Bandullo". Hazy golden colour with a small lasting white head. Aroma of floral hops, tropical fruits, herbs and citrus. Taste is intense floral with some tropical fruits on the background. Long bitter and dry finish. Next one please!

Butelka 330ml (BB 10.01.2019). Zmętnione o jasno-bursztynowej barwie. Piana biała, drobna, obfita i trwała. W aromacie słodkie owoce tropikalne ze wskazaniem na mango, cytrusy a wszystko intensywne i bardzo świeże. Czuć, że chmielu było dane w opór i są efekty. W smaku wytrawne ze średnią cytrusowo-żywiczną goryczką, intensywną ale krótką, minimalnie zalegającą. Z drugiej strony wyraźnie czuć słodowość, która kompensuje nieco odczucie goryczki. Piwo ma gładką fakturę mimo lekkiego, chmielowego gryzienia w język na finiszu co dodaje mu charakteru. Bardzo dobra, rześka, lekka w odczuciu, chmielowa IIPA.
