Double Dry Hopped DIPA, czyli styl wyjątkowo modny w ostatnim czasie. To dość nowatorskie podejście do stylu DIPA – a więc nieco słodsze, nie aż tak mocne, z bardzo intensywnym nastawieniem na aromat chmielowy, ale już nie koniecznie na goryczkę. Dodatkowo piwo ma być zamglone, aby podkreślić jego upodobnienie do soków owocowych, oraz przypomnieć, że tego typu piwo należy pić super świeże – wtedy najbardziej zachwyca.

330ml bottle. Milky, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity, piney and minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, orange, tangerine, slightly disguised fruity hints of peach, apricot, mango, a touch of lemon tea and lemongrass, minimally waxy overtones. Taste is sweet, pale and caramel malty, minimally dry, fruity and citrusy hoppy, minimally piney and grassy, notes of orange, tangerine, lemon, some mango, peach and apricot, a minimally sugary touch. Very fruity, quite sweet, discreet hop bitterness. Smooth and soft palate, minimally prickly carbonation. Very nice.

Tap at Unorthodox. Fruity, exotic, New England feeling. Juicy, tasty, refreshing. Med-high bitterness, malt in background, well attenuated, not overt alcohol presence. Very good.

Unclear yellow color with a fine head. Nice lacing. Powerful and fine hoppy aroma. A mellow carbonation level, and a balanced sweetness made it very easy to drink. Dangerously easy. Very refreshing. Semi dry and an ok tail. Citric hoppy, tropical and pine in the flavor.

Bottle (thanks suurjuust). Pours golden-amber. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, citrus. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, citrus, grapefruit. Finish is dry-grapefruit bitter. Overall: ok.

Tasting at beer[malade]. Hazy golden color with medium white head. Aroma of tangerines, tropical fruits, pines. Taste, biscuit malt followed by nice hoppy bitterness with tangerines, pines, zest. Long hoppy bitter finish.Good.
