Not a bad holiday lager from Uinta. Hefty body provides ample space for the bready malts and caramel notes with a modest juniper herbal spice on the finish. Tasty.

Pour us a dark but clear brown with a large tan head. Aroma is nutty and malty with some brown sugar. Flavor is sweet chewy brown sugary malt. Super sweet and I did not get any juniper from this.

1oz can from Boise Co-op. Clear brown pour, initial fluffy beige head settles down, leaving thick lacing behind. Nutty, malty aroma, toasty. Taste is dark toasted malts, nutty, woody, light notes of chocolate. Bitter snap at the finish. Smooth and super tasty

From Brewvana 12 days of Christmas. Canned October 18th 2022.
Deep amber colour, clear, great head of foam, retention and lacing.
The smell is sweetish malt, light bitterness, fruity from the juniper berries, which is not something that I look forward to tasting.
Yep, starts off nicely malty with light sweetness, a small hop bite and then the juniper berries bring a strange unwelcome flavour that I don't like one bit. It's especially noticeable in the finish.
Fairly light carbonation, I would not buy this if it was on a local shelf.

12oz can picked up at the brewery. Pours clear dark mahogany with a medium sized off-white head, good lacing. Toast, toffee, chocolate, bitters. Good
