We made this classic Cream Ale to further celebrate the joy of simple but delicious styles. It’s crisp, easy to drink, refreshing, and wonderfully balanced. A simple malt bill combined with light German hops come together to create something familiar, but unique. As our own Jesse Tyrell put it, “I might just go mow my lawn now so I can drink a few of these.”

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: golden yellow transparent color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet corn, subtle bready malts, sly grassy hops
Flavor: mildly sweet through the prior noted aromas, subtle bready aftertaste
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, fairly smooth, finishes crisp and malty smooth
Overall: pretty nice for what it is, I could come back to with this next to my grill next Summer.

0.473 l can from 'Het Biermeisje', apparently canned in December 2023. Hazy, pale yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral aroma of grains, gooseberry and some lemon peel. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, lemon peel, some gooseberry and a touch of corn, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid cream ale, brewed true to the style.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear, pale golden pour, one finger fluffy white head. Grainy aroma with a little punch to it. Taste....OMG, this is what I love cream ales. Full bready, grainy flavors with mild sweetness and a silky creamy body. So very tasty.
