Florals and oak. Light clove. The foeder puts a fun spin on this. Almost gives it a bretta like feel. Slightly hazy golden pour with good head and lacing. Light bitter end-more bitter than most triples.

Bottle at Benny’s place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy orange colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is herbal, toffee. The flavour is light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, light toffee caramel, mineral, dry, herbal, yeasty, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

375ml bottle pours a clear gold with some white head. Nose has candy and big Belgian esters. Booze and some pepper. Flavor has malt and candy, clove, some booze. Full bot not too boozy on the end.

Bottle - hazy straw color - fluffy, lasting head - nose is oak, floral hops, light minerality - full, soft, and round in the mouth - quite dry, with gentle oak from the foeder, moderately bitter and floral hops, light pepper - the yeast is not quite as expressive as I would like, but I love the dryness and the oakiness imparted by the foeder, and there is also a gentle funkiness way in the back, so I’m still very much enjoying it.

375ml bottle from Tavour. Cloudy golden pour, white fluffy head. Looks great. Aroma is bread and butter with Belgian yeasty notes. Taste is French bread, grassy, yeasty, cheese rind. Not thick, but a nice full feel with a touch of dryness. Beautiful all around.

Capped 375 from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, Noble hop, and perhaps some banana. Med plus body. Flavor is yeast spice, Noble hop, wood, and arguably some pale malt in support. Heat, but it isn't obnoxious. Getting a bit of banana/wood mix in a slight way. Very dry. Wood astringency. Delicate. Excellent - tho quite different from the usual Triple.
