The same goes for Double IPAs. Add an electrifying hop bill, a lot of expensive time in the tank and suddenly - bam - an extreme luxury Double IPA that will soon be available in year round 4-packs. For now - it’s just on draft.
Hops: Apollo, Ekuanot, Mosaic,
Simcoe
Malts: Rahr Pilsner, Grain Miller’s
Flaked Wheat, Briess Carapils
Yeast: Kaiser (German Alt)

Pint can. Candied apricot aroma with notes of pineapple, mango, tangerine, grapefruit and some pine resin. Pours clear golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, mango and tangerine flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with candied apricot, grapefruit and pine resiny hop flavors. Excellent.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Light summer fruit and light grapefruit aroma. Caramel and grapefruit flavor with summer fruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Summer fruit and light caramel linger with light grapefruit ad light diesel.

Dullish pale. Thin head. It's fruity on the nose, orangey I guess, and on the palate, too. Fairly low bitterness; I'm surprised by that choice. Malts are okay. This really needed the bitterness, because without it, it's a sweet sort of IPA that offers little. Hey, good on the marketing team for selling me, but this tastes mailed in.

Can from Tavour. Pours gold with a monstrous foamy white head that persisted. Aroma is dank and resinous with small varying notes. Med plus body. Flavor is earthy, pine, white berry, citrus. Lots of tropical notes. Not quite dank but heading there. Pale malt in support. Quite dry. More than moderately bitter. Excellent flavor.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Nose reveals lots of piney hops, some white berry/tropical notes (is that the Mosaic?), light citrus and a hint of floral notes. Flavour is tropical, with lots of bright piney hops, citrusy notes, dry tropical fruit, and crisp biscuity malt. Finishes with resinous and piney hops, and just a touch of sweetness on the finish. Excellent.

Can. Pours a somewhat clear golden hue with a medium white head. A sweet floral and citrus nose. Husky earthy malts, lemons, something more tropical and overripe. Solid. ABV is totally hidden.

16oz can pours out golden topped with a sand head. Nose is nice sweet malts pineapple citrus and some pine. Taste is more of the nice sweet pineapple forward rich malts and some pithy grapefruit on the end.
