On tap at the brewery pours out maroon color topped with a white head. Nose is balsamic vinager cherry and plum. Taste is more of the tart pucker balsamic vinager fruit plums.

On Tap at the Garden City taproom Cloudy reddish brown with a skin of fine tan bubbles. Classic woody slight vinegar sour aroma. Flavors are surprisingly sweet. Some soreness there as well but very approachable for that kind of sour. Dark berries and soft toasted wood barrels. Quite tasty.
