Fall is here, so we've made a big, dark & delicious LD - just how you like 'em. Our goal was to use as little chocolate nibs as possible, and still get loads of chocolate flavor. A fun challenge, but we still ended up using a shit ton of cacao nibs. Can't get the BIG out of the brand, right? We used loads of chocolate malts and a lot of different types of malts in the same flavor profile. With the addition of 100% bourbon vanilla beans, ceylon cinnamon and a touch of habanero peppers.

Bottle at home, black beer, small head. Aroma is roast, malt, chocolate, cinnamon. Taste is the same, sweet, chocolate, bitter, cocoa, spices, pepper heat. Nice
