Betta es el nombre de una especie de pez con velos multiformes y una enorme gama cromática. Esta es la inspiración para nuestra singular cerveza sour con adición de mosto de uva Carignan, madurados por 16 meses en barricas de roble. Betta es el encuentro con el eslabón perdido entre cerveza y vino!

473mL can, pours a dark rose red with a small white head. Aroma has a nice grape mustiness, wild yeast, and some oakiness. Flavour is full of musty grape skins, wild yeast, and just a touch of residual sweetness. Real nice beer/wine hybrid – great grape skin character.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 26/07/22; bb 26/07/28). Lightly hazed ruby red with small white head. Vinous, on par with other Betta series entries, light oak, decent.

Pale purplish-red, slight haze. No head. Vinous aroma. Light body, slight tartness, wheaty, vinous. Decent complexity. A slight sweetness to it, in the finish.
