On tap at Zagreb Beer Week 2017. Black with a small off-white head. Mostly roasty, caramel and toasty with some red fruits aroma. Moderately bitter with roasty flavours. Creamy texture, dry finish. More like a stout, a not very exciting as a BIPA.

Thought I'd had this. Very good but one of the last batch. Hope new iteration is just as good.

Creamy beige head stayed on a jet black still body. Lovely aroma of dark berry, malt & hops. Medium bodied, crisp & clean on the palate with a slight tingle on the back of the tongue. Well balanced tastes of hops, citrus, pine, grapefruit, lemon, coal, burnt, malt & bitter citrusy finish.

Bottle. Nearly pitch black, off white head. Soft, nice aroma, maltiness, dry caramel, light orangey aroma hops. Creamy taste, more of the same as in the aroma, caramelly maltiness and orangey aroma hops. Well balanced, all too sessionable for the ABV. Well done!

Pours very dark brown, topped with a smaller tan head. Nice malty nose, chocolate with slight roasty note, a tad nutty, a bit of rum soaked sponge cake feel over it with some fruitiness in the back. Moderate bitterness with some chocolate maltiness in the back. Medium light bodied, lighter aftertaste, though quite lasting. Nice malty cake nose with hoppy bitterness in the taste.
