Brunrød farge med beige skum som blir liggende. Desverre forsvant halve flasken etter eksplosjon ved åpning. Lukter malt, mørke stenfrukter og urter. Fortsatt mye brusing. Smaker noe fruktig med sterk pepret avslutning.

This is a much-maligned bottle and I can understand why...it explodes upon opening and the overriding taste is pepper (like, white ground pepper) and cinnamon. Still, it's got the Fantôme funk and unique flavor profile and I'm always a fan of that.

75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Mega-gusher alert, alles uit de fles binnen 2 seconden. Had nog een ieniemieniebodempje over. Amberbruine kleur, vuilwitte kraag. Kruidig, gember, kruidnagel, moutig, gist (duh), hint van chocolade, degelijk bitter. Medium body. Leek niet geïnfecteerd. As ik dit fatsoenlijk had kunnen samplen dan had ik dit best hoog kunnen scoren. Nu blijft er iets gemiddelds over.

75 cl bottle. Opens with a big pressure and beer all over the zink despite carefully stored and handled. Hazy dark red, big beige foam, dissipates fairly quick. Aroma is interesting, marzipan meets bread and ginger. Taste is low to medium sweet, bread, lots of ginger in the finish. Medium to full bodied, small bubbles. Believe my bottle was a lively one, would love to try another more stable.

Flaska från SB drucken med ölföreningen. Eller drucken och drucken. Ca 75% vill hellre ut ur flaskan på egen hand. Det domnat kvarvarande iaf trevligt. Maltsmaker med marsipan, rågbröd, örtig och pepprig beska som balanserar snyggt. Gott

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. --Almost clear copper brown, mid sized head. Aroma of gingersnaps,wineguma and marzipan. Mid dry with medium to full body and elastic, rounded mouthfeel. Rye bread, pears and winegums. Peppery mid bitter finish.

Bottle. Color: Murky brown, beige head. Aroma: Malty, fruity grapefruit, spicy, yeasty. Taste: Rather complex mix of flavors. Malty, starting with sfruity grapefruit and spicy hints. Going to a long lasting spicy and quite strong red peppery finish with fruity notes. Yeasty, malty and candy sugar backbone. When warming up and standing longer, the fruity and spicy flavors merge more and more together, making it better balanced and somewhat less peppery. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Ok Winter Warmer on this icy cold day.
