Bottle shared at home. Pours burgundy with quickly disappearing head. Nose is pretty rich: barnyard, leather, funk, berries, vineous notes and light tannins with a woody touch. Taste is berries, leather, wood and funk, some vineous notes. Moderately sour and tangy. Closes with a tart, funky and fruity finish, has a light to medium body and soft to average carbo. Time certainly did good to this one, it’s much better than the apricot version was.

Hazy reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of sour blackcurrant, blueberries, lacto. Taste of sour red berries, lactic fruits, grapes, brett.

Fruchtiger, fein säuerlicher Beginn, wenig Brett. Hohe Süffigkeit, leicht ansteigende Säure, natürlich, rund. Konstante Aromatik, komplex, zunehmend brettig. Gut. 10/12/11/11/9/11

Bottle shared at BBT 05/2023. BBD 1.4.2023. This could have been a bit better previously, but who knows. There is moderate acidity, solid acetic presence, med-high fruity presence, kinda feels a bit artificial, even if also at the same time a bit natural. Med-light barnyard funk present. I have conflicted feelings about this - too much acetic for me, also the fruit does not convince me fully of its origin. Funkiness is nice. Overall good but not great.

Shared bottle at BBT May 2023. Chestnut brown with beige head. Aroma of blackberries, light wood, vinous, bayrnard. Taste is moserste sour with blackberries, funk, light acetic, wood.

hazy reddish brosn colour, meium szed dense reddish-pinkish beige-ish head, which disappears quite quickly leaving back some pinkish-purple to flesh-coloured lacing; aroma and taste of of acetic acid, some unripe blackberry and raspberry, as well as earthy-barnyard notes; good one

750ml bottle. Cloudy, mahogany colour with small, frothy, fading, beige head. Funky, mildly bretty, fruity and lactic aroma, notes of blackberry, blackberry yoghurt, soured milk. Taste is tart, slightly vinous, fruity, dry woody, slightly lactic, minimally bretty funky, notes of blackberry, blackberry yoghurt, soured milk, oaky overtones; lingering, dry woody, fruity and peppery yeasyt spicy finish. Watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate, soft, minimally prickly carbonation. Slightly arduous funky flavours, nice yoghurt flavours - not bad.
